Vaginal tears: May be herpetic infection,chchroid, syphilis or other ulceration( rarely bechets's(colchicine works), or pemphigus or even yeast or other infections(strep) that are untreated would follow up with doctor /urgent care in 48 hours to have them look at the area. meanwhile try sizt bath warm water soap 3-4 x a day for 5 minutes and some desitin (zinc oxide diaper cream).
