No need!: This depends on meaning of "parasites". In North America, few people have parasitic disease (but common in many developing countries). However, 100% of humans have "parasites" in the form of billions of bacteria, fungi, viruses, and other microorganisms in our intestines, genital tract, skin, and all body cavities. Most are necessary for good health. Healthy people should not "cleanse" the colon!
