Cotinine: It is a metabolite of nicotine. It has half life of @20 hours, & is detectable for up to 1 week after use of tobacco.

That depends on.....: That depends on if saliva, urine, blood or hair is being tested. That also depends on if she is a heavy smoker normally or if she smokes quite rarealy
