Need exam,blood test: I would suggest you have an exam, and perhaps a blood test of the liver enzymes to see if the liver is inflamed. Sometimes lupus can affect the pancreas as well, and this plus alcohol together would mean the pancreas blood test should be checked too. A good examination is important, and if you are having fever, dark urine, chalk colored stools or severe abdominal pain make sure you are seen soon.
