Officially: : Mao-i, cyp2d6 inhibitors, albuterol and similar beta2 agonists, anthypertensives in general are the main groups of drugs that clearly interact with strattera (atomoxetine). Of course, this lists are never expected to cover all the possibilities in the universe, it s just what there is enough evidence of. Discuss it with your dr, mostly if some particular drug or food is in question.

Drug interactions.: Strattera (atomoxetine) contraindications include: monoamine oxidase inhibitors, leflunomide, selgiline, teriflunomide, lomitapide, furazolidone, isocarboxazid, mipomersen, linezolid, procarbazine, tranlcypromine, pimozide, phenelzine; dose adjustments are needed for medications like paroxetine, quinidine, fluoxetine (cyp2d6 inhibitors).
