A doctor has provided 1 answer

Osgood Schlatter Dx: This may be Osgood-Schlatter disease, a common and benign inflammation of the front of the knee where the patellar tendon inserts into the tibia (lower leg bone). This happens from stress at the growth plate in the front of the tibia. This may lead to a bump on the front of the tibia. Usually you don't need any treatment as long as the pain doesn't limit you. You should get checked out to confirm.
