Is it possible to have paraphimosis even if you're already circumcised? and how to cure paraphimosis?

Redundant foreskin: If an incomplete circumcision was performed paraphimosis (swelling of the distal foreskin when left unretracted over the glans penis due to lymphatic fluid accumulation) can occur. The cure would be circumcision revision.

Here are some ...: Occasionally, a tight constriction at the end of foreskin may still exist, thus leading to such foreskin staying proximal to sulcus coronaris of glans penis; thereby, in time, paraphimosis takes place.
