Yes: It is nice that we have 2 of important organs (kidneys,testis,ovaries,lungs) so we have a backup if one fails. If your other testis is normal, it can do the job.Your doc could have a sperm count done and give you an idea of how your sperm compare to others in their quantity and appearance.It only takes one healthy one that gets through to do the job, but the others assist the process.

Very much so : As while Mumps associated orchitis can affect sperm production, it doesn't necessarily mean you have zero sperm production. Even the small testicle may still produce enough sperm for reasonable fertility.
