Any time : There are really no rules when it comes to teenage growth. That is why some boys end up 6'8" NBA stars and the rest of us don't. Joking aside, boys' height typically slows by age 14-16 and girls' by age 13-15. Some conditions may alter these typical windows, and sometimes kids will surprise everyone with a 19 year old spurt, but the vast majority fit into the norms described.
