Hello for the past 3 months i have been trying to get pregnant. right after sexual intercourse for some reason the sperm comes right out why is that?

They have to crawl way up past the uterus and fallopian tubes and somehow make it to the ovary. Either that or they die on the way or-- get flushed out the bottom if you stand up too soon or don't elevate your butt on a pillow for a while. There'll always be some leakage.
