No, you won't: and if you are smoking marijuana either while knowing that you are likely to be tested, you really need to consider whether you have a problem with cannabis, rather than being focussed on "beating" a drug test. Marijuana sticks around for 3-4 days even after a single use, and with regular use it can stick around for far longer if they do very sensitive tests for the metabolite (THC-COOH).

No: if you smoke on a regular basis it can show up for several months, A hair follicle test can show up for 6 months or more.
