It depends---: We need to know the medical history in terms of any symptoms/ medical complaints....especially why was your abdomen checked? what test did they use? US or CT scan. What was the size of the lymph nodes?. If the nodes are significant they will produce some symptoms. Then you should get repeat imaging studies done to see if the nodes get any larger or not. Right now I would not worry unless they grow
