No: Seasonale (http://www.drugs.com/seasonale.html) is a hormonal birth control pill that is intended to be taken in such a way as to lead to menses once a quarter, rather than monthly. Depending upon how long you've been taking this medication, having a period 4x/mo is not normal. Go see your prescribing physician for an evaluation.
