Eustachian tubes: Are probably congested. This is common with sinus infections. The Eustachian tubes are the tiny passage connecting your middle ear to the sinus. When your ears "pop" that is the tube opening up equalizing the pressure in your middle ear. Your infection may be gone, but if the ETs are blocked you will still feel it's plugged. Check with your Dr to be sure however!
