Ribs cage: I guess one of the explanation, it could be inflamed ribs cage which will cause the pain in the chest and the back. as the heart beat will cause slight pressure increase in the chest cavity and initiated the pain. the problem called costochondritis, which inflammation in the ribs and the cartilage part of the ribs. apply heat and take ibuprofen. this is one explanation, that could make sense.
