i'm 19 i clean my ears and everything but a couple days ago i started hearing a whistling noise & my heart beat what does that mean?

Wax buildup: Cleaning ears can cause a lot of problems, including packing wax deep inside the ear canal. Then it can cause you to hear strange sounds. Get your ear looked at to be sure, and then have the wax removed. Quit using Q-tips! Gently clean just inside the ear lobe not the canal. :"The only thing that you should put in your ear is your elbow or a piano."
