No conclusions: Cervical position essentially means nothing. This is not something that obgyns evaluate in a nonpregnant woman. There is no reason to be making any sort of health decisions based on the way your cervix feels. The cervix stays basically closed until one goes into labor. If you feel a mass on your cervix have a doctor verify. If you feel you have uterine prolapse a doctors can check that too
