Hard to tell: Rashes and skin problems really need to be seen for a doctor to get a good idea what it is. These bumps can be warts, a drug reaction, viral infection, bacterial infection, yeast infection, bug bites, parasites etc ... Not itchy make it sound less like yeast infection, but it's really difficult to tell. Go to your doctor or a dermatologist to get a better guess as to what are these bumps.
