My lh surge was from 10pm cd18 to 11am cd 19. did i ovulated on cd 19 or cd 20, my bbt chart says cd 20 and i got a temp rise cd 21?

Either one: Based on this information you could have ovulated on either day. It is not usually clinically important to narrow it down to the exact moment of ovulation. Just have sex around that time. A one day discrepancy is not going to make much difference.
