I put a q-tip a little far in my ear and i have tubes and it's bleeding just a little. should i just leave it alone?

Yes: Leave it alone. The bleeding may have blocked the opening of the tube. Then the tube would not work. You may want to see your ENT doc to make sure the tube is patent.
