Dengue: Dengue does not relapse. If you are unfortunate enough to have a recurrent illness with it..that's a new infection. Treatment is entirely supportive, but there is a lot of research going on to develop a vaccine. Dengue is classified as a "hemorrhagic fever". Its thought that multiple exposures to Dengue is what potentially gives rise to the more life threatening versions of the disease.
