Just ask!: Assuming you don't want to talk w/your parents & other relatives, you still have many options eg teachers, counselors, religious leaders, friends etc (although I might hold off against peers). Your Family Doc is also available to lend an ear and can refer you as appropriate to Psychologists etc. Or request a Virtual Consult here. Bottom line, reach out to someone. Don't keep it bottled up inside.
