Muscle: Twitching would be associated with the muscles in this area. Of course, they would require a nerve to activate them. May also be a pulsation of a blood vessel in this area. Many vessels and nerves in this location. Often this happens with stress, and tiredness, and overuse. Hydration is also critical for the systems to properly function.
