URI VS. allergies: it sound like you have either a viral illness causing symptoms of upper respiratory illness OR a sever allergic reaction to the pollen . Treatment is Symptomatic . Irrigate your nostrils with Nasal Saline several times a day . Use nasal steroids to decrease inflammation of nasal lining . Use OTC day & night formula . See PCP in 24-48 hrs if not improved .
