Get checked: Does your pain start when you are active, like walking fast, climbing stairs or carrying something? if so, then get checked IMMEDIATELY for heart trouble. This is especially true if you smoke, have diabetes and have close family members with heart problems. If not, I would still advise you to see your clinical specialist to help you understand what's going on and what, if anything, you need to do.

Arm pain: Arm pain may be a muscle-skeletal condition (strain, contusion, tendontis, bursitis) or a neurological condition (carpal tunnel syndrome, ulnar tunnel syndrome, thoracic outlet syndrome or cervical spine myelopathy='pinched nerves') if symptoms persist it is best to get seen by your provider. Rarely is arm pain a 'circulation' problem.

Pinched nerve: Most common cause of focal numbness is carpal tunnel syndrome, at the wrist, but nerve pinching can occur at the elbow, shoulder, or neck. Less commonly, this could be an early sign of a problem within brain or spinal cord. See your primary care doctor first, and, if a persistent problem, may need testing to uncover causation.

I have fine bumps on my left arm what are they?

Left arm bumps: More information is needed to make even an educated guess. Are they red? Do they itch? Have they spread from a small area to the entire arm? Is only the left arm involved? Skin lesions are best evaluated by being seen by a doc. Your fp/pcp can examine the bumps after getting a good history & provide you with possibilities & treatment.
