Ovary: The most likely thing 2 cause severe pain if hit during intercourse is the ovary.It is the same as hitting a man's testicle.If this is the only time this has happened it could b that there is a cyst like a follicle on that ovary.Try using the woman on top position for the next week or so.That way you'll be in control of the thrusting.After that,a cyst should be gone and there shouldn't b a problem
