Not from symptoms: The fact that you are ovulating and the pain resolves negates a viable pregnancy. With an iud an egg an sperm can fertilize and the device prevents implantation although an ectopic pregnancy in the tubes is possible. Hormones is a more likely answer as a fertilization every month is highly improbable. Hope this helps and all goes well.
