I get these sharp pains almost like a side sticker right above near my heart what chould that be its feels just like a side sticker?

Probably is: what you're describing sounds like pain in the muscles around the ribs in the wall of your chest. If however you are having shortness of breath, sweating, pain in your arm, nausea you should be seen immediately for evaluation. Might also be pain from esophageal reflux or spasm.
