I am using rephresh vaginal gel to balance my ph, can this be used whenever i feel as though my ph balance is off or do i have to use it every 3 days?

It can be used: If you are just trying to prevent problems it can be used as often as you want but if you have been having problems like BV, it works best to start out using it every 3 days after you complete treatment for the first 6 weeks or so as your normal vaginal bacteria grow back. It will not treat BV by itself no matter how often you use it. Hope this helps.
