In the other times that you asked this question we answered that this was likely breakthrough bleeding which is quite common on continuous birth control pills like Amethyst. A sonogram would confirm or exclude an ovarian cyst. Consider changing to an IUD or a different form of birth control to stop breakthrough bleeding
