Need to be evaluated: With the pressure in the ear the possibility of an ear infection or fluid buildup in your ear cannot be ruled out. Generalized body aches and congestion might also indicate an upper respiratory infection. I am afraid you will need to postpone or be excused from testing. You did not mention a fever and if you have a virus you are at risk for suboptimal testing and you can infect others. See you DR.
