It depends...: Your pain there may be muscular or it could be due to something going on in your chest. Please let your doctor know about it so that they can do appropriate tests to find the cause. Also it may be related to whatever is causing your Anemia. Have you had a chest X-ray or Ct scan of the chest done? Your doctor can guide you best.
