See your gyn: Take a pregnancy test and follow up with your gynecologist. You also need to be tested for infection, as the implant does not protect you from STD's.

Periods regular,maybe a 1-2 day diff per cycle. Day 3 sometimes has a few hours of heavy bleeding with clots (a couple are quarter or half dollar sized). Rest of period is fairly light flow, 5-6 days total. Mild cramps day 2-3. Within normal range?
3 days missed period. I was suppose to start on the 31st of January. I have pink/ brownish light bleeding(not like your normal period) light cramps
