Cystic changes: This usually represents fibrocystic changes/ cystic changes (old term: fibrocystic breast disease). You can look up some of my other posts on fibrocystic changes. This is benign and the most common cause of breast pain. If the discharge is red or brown, see your doctor. Please make sure you have had your yearly mammogram.
