Headache: From the description, could be a sinus headache, of which can worsen in different positions. Mucus build up because of allergies and swollen sinuses is the cause. If you feel more pressure and nasal congestion, it is likely the sinuses and using a nasal steroid like Nasacort, (triamcinolone) could help. Also try steam baths to help loosen up the mucus & get it out. If no improvement, get checked out by your doc.
