Stop pill for 4 days: The first 3 months on an extended pill can cause irregular or break through bleeding. My recommendation is to stop the pill for 4 days. Give yourself a period and relabel and restart the pill. If you bleed more than a couple days on this type of pill, you should do that above treatment. It will improve an your bleeding will be on schedule. Always take the pill on time .
