Can test again: Depending on the length of one's cycles, a pregnancy test at Day 30 might have been too early, such as in women with cycles longer than 30 days. A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result if done correctly, at the proper time. One can test about 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period. So, one can do one more home pregnancy test.
