I drank too much red wine and other drinks and most of my vomit was normal coloured but one bit was black, should i be worried?

See Doctor: If you are a chronic drinker or had an episode of forceful vomiting with evidence of either bright red blood or vomit that looks like coffee-grounds you should be evaluated by physician. Coffee-ground vomitus is a classic sign of upper gastro-intestinal bleeding (like a peptic ulcer). Brighter red blood in vomit is more concerning and should be evaluated immediately.
