Was she a virgin?: if she was a virgin,then it might be the first intercourse injury that creating all this reaction,she should be left alone for few days,no improvement,need to see a doctor. if she was not ,it meaned the area too dry and you are doing too much friction,and that is very painful,you need to keep the area moist and lubricated. either way,if does not get better in few days ,see a doctor.safe sex always
