Many possibilities: There can be many causes...pulled/strained rectus (abdominal) muscle... retrograde ejaculation....Prostatitis....Bladder infection, etc. It also could be completely unrelated to the intercourse. There are things like appendicitis, cholicystitis (gall bladder infection) or pancreatitis (inflammation of the pacrease). There are many potential causes. Probably worth seeing your doctor.
