Mgt: It is very important that you quit smoking and avoid secondary smoke exposure. If there is smoke in the workplace, your can request to move to a non smoking area for medical reasons. Your local chapter of the American Lung Association may also be able to help you quit.

No excuses: Smoking is not healthy and with alpha 1, it becomes even worse. Do not put it off another day. See you doctor for methods and support. All the best.
