Need more Info: I saw that you are on methadone. Is this for pain or for addiction? Secondly, have you been pregnant recently? Recent or remote back injury history? If you have weakness in that leg associate with pain? Have you had recent physical therapy. When you say ultrasound was negative, I'm assuming that they were checking for DVT?
