Be patient: This is something better addressed by your therapist.Your self concept developed over many years and the PTSD you suffer with these events derailed you. It can take years to rebuild your confidence. Do you feel your therapist is listening?Do you have some relief after sessions ? Might a psychiatrist prescribing some meds push you past a block ? Do the work and it will help over time.
