Yes, but . . .: Lisinopril & amlodipine are used to lower blood pressure. In someone w/normal blood pressure, it can potentially lower blood pressure too much leading to weakness & lightheadedness to point of passing out. Best to monitor blood pressure closely. Go to nearest ER if it drops lower than usual. Have someone else take you b/c you don't want to pass out while driving.
