Kidney stones: Side effect from what? Or do you mean pain in side? Sorry but I don't speak Portuguese, much less Bantu & Khoisan so I applaud you on your English. Given how small most stones are, it's amazing how much pain they cause. Drink lots & lots of water to flush out stones.
