Not related: A young person who is happy, eats a healthy diet, gets a healthy amount of exercise, and sleeps well most nights... should be just fine with his growth hormone (unless he has some rare medical disorder that causes low growth hormone). Having food in the tummy before bedtime, without heartburn or reflux symptoms that prevent good sleeping, should not change his growth hormone production.
