For the past few days, my kidneys have been hurting but mostly the one on my right side. i've passed kidney stones before, could this be it again?

Could be: Kidney stone pain usually quite intense. Sometimes the pain can be very mild. It is not unheard of to have bilateral stones. It is a good idea to visit your doctor to find out what is going on. You wouldn't want a stone to totally block a kidney. Also keep in mind that it may not be kidneys but something else . See your doctor
