A Stitch In Time: Usually these turn out to be small defects from the stitches, or a retained stitch and will eventually heal on their own unless they become infected (red, warm, discharge other than a little blood or clear liquid), or get larger. I'd put a firm band aid on it and if not healing within a week, or getting infected,see your doc.Also, if there is any significant swelling around it. Avoid tight clothes
