See remark: Interstitial Cystitis is a syndrome (result of several conditions),it is poorly understood and hard to manage. Various pills are prescribed and it is hit and miss to see which helps..Both ot the pills you mention may help.The pills may cause dry mouth,? Has your MD dilated your bladder ? It is recognized both as a diagnostic and treatment procedure.There are other medications for this condition.
