Yes: Zelboraf is a treatment for unresectable melanoma, a serious form of skin cancer. It works only in the ~60% of melanomas that have a particular mutation, and may actually make the cancer grow more quickly if it does not have the mutation. Has a high incidence of side effects, including rash and joint pain. Should definitely be prescribed by a doctor who knows this drug treatment well.
